What got you started playing bass?

In high school, had a couple friends who played guitar, couple who played drums. I wanted to sing, but unfortunately I sang like a basset hound. My friend said “dude, play bass. Nobody plays bass and you’d be in demand!”

What bass players inspire you?

Of course Geddy and Geezer, but Dennis Dunaway from original Alice Cooper band and Bob Daisley (Ozzy) had the Coolest bass lines! Scott Devine from Scott’s Bass Lessons on YouTube is awesome! Everyone should check it out.

What song has challenged you the most?

YYZ I’m sure. I got close once upon a time, but don’t even try any more.
