How do you prepare/warmup to sing for a whole show?

I make sure I get enough sleep and eat 3-4 hours before the show. No sugar. Sing a couple songs for sound check as my warmup.

What is your drink of choice on a show night?

Black coffee with ginger juice. Water.

What’s your remedy when your voice is gone and the show is about to start?

The only time my voice is gone is when I’m sick. The only remedy is rest.
