How do you prepare/warmup to sing for a whole show?

I remain somewhat quiet prior to show (4 hours).

What is your drink of choice on a show night?

Only drink water but not cold water … room temp.

What’s your remedy when your voice is gone and the show is about to start?

Chloraseptic during Emergency Situations !! But nothing is better than lemon/ honey either tea or straight!!
