When I Saw Sandman Standing There (Metallica vs The Beatles)

One of the best things about mashups is the ability to put together two pieces of music that seem like they don’t belong together. Some of the most popular tracks on the internet are proof of this, with classic examples of I Really Like A Hole, BlittzMmmBop, and one of my favorites, Neil Cicierega‘s Crocodile Rock mixed with Chop Suey. This week’s track falls into that category as well, with DJ RozRoz blending Enter Sandman with I Saw Her Standing There. We do another mashup of Enter Sandman mixed with Journey in our set, and one of the best moments of any show is the look on people’s faces when we go from the heavy Metallica guitar intro into the first verse of Don’t Stop Believing.
